  • If you are training for another distance please specify on the the athlete questionnaire
  • 30 minute consultation to talk about goals, aspirations and current level of fitness
  • Complete 12 week training schedule with weekly adjustments if needed

  • Pre race communication
  • This program is designed for healthy adults (18+).  It is recommended that you are cleared for exercise by your doctor before you begin any new exercise plans.
